Thanks for your message. We had a lovely holiday, everything went very smoothly. The location of the prpoerty was stunning, everytime we opened the shutters in the morning we could not believe the view. The people in the village were delightful despite our limited italian and the weather was beautiful - blue skies every day apart from two damp afternoons. How did you ever find such a place? We are very envious and will definitately return. one day perhaps we may find our own property. Thank you for all the organisation - we did not have any disasters.

We were very impressed
with the standard of accomodation - everything very homely and clean. The
views were fantastic - it was difficult to leave them to go
sight-seeing!

Signora Gianelli was very kind a gave us a lovely welcome. Everyone we met were so patient and kind.
We had a fantastic time, the weather
turned out to be great for 5 and1/2 days out of seven so I think we were really
lucky...us Irish are used to some rain anyway!!
We got engaged on the sat we arrived (N had
it all planed!!!)
We
hired a car and went all over Tuscany at our own pace ( and of
course for N's benefit the Ferrari Museum in Maranello!!!)
We were surprised
at just how cheap it was over there for good food ,great wine, etc...
The
house was perfect ...easy to find (thanks to the map u sent) and we had
everything we needed!!..Such a quiet village...no phones, noise or heavy
traffic...just what we needed..
We will definitely be looking to book another
week or two next year!...we have shown the photos to lots of friends so
u'll probably have a few of them looking to book as well !!

Many thanks for a lovely house and idyllic situation. You were quite right about the car, we managed it with a lean inch and half an inch to spare either side! (Saab 95 estate)
