TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR - 'IL ROSETO'
By signing the booking form and making a payment this forms the basis of a contract. The proper law is be that of the England.
The property can be rented for less than the number of people indicated. Subject to maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Prices include electricity, gas, bed linen. One towel is provided per person per booking. Please bring additional towels. No towels should be removed from house.
Payment Prior to the 18th September all payments must be made in pounds sterling and
cheques should be made payable to 'R Carter'. 30% of the rental payment must be paid on booking; the
balance must be paid 8 weeks before the date on which the rental commences. If booking is made
within 8 weeks of the date on which the rental commences the whole payment is
due on booking. If payment is made from abroad or another currency, it is
your responsibility to pay any charges levied by your bank. The equivalent
amount to the rental charge in sterling must be received. Also when the final balance is due, a returnable breakage deposit is
payable at £50 per week to be held against any damages or breakages. This will be returned within 14 days
from the end of your rental period.
The deposit is to cover items costing in
excess of Euro 7 or £5 or damage to our property by your party. We will be reasonable and
accept that cups & glasses etc. will inevitably get broken and when that is the case we
ask that you replace it with something similar.
Cleaning On your departure would you please wash up all cutlery, and other cooking and drinking utensils in readiness for the next guests. You are also asked to leave the property in a clean state. Clients are not expected to thoroughly clean the house or wash sheets or towels. However, excessive soiling of the floors, walls, soft furnishings, garden furniture will incur an extra cleaning charge.
Cancellation We strongly advise all guests to take out personal insurance at the time of booking, to include cancellation cover. If a booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks before the rental period is due to commence, we will endeavor to re-let and will deduct the cost involved from your deposit and return the balance to you. However, please note that unfortunately advertising charges can be high. If we are unable to re-let we will retain your deposit but will return your returnable breakage deposit immediately. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your visit, we will retain the deposit and you will also be liable for the remaining balance of the rental unless we can re-let.
Booking confirmation If you telephone or fax us with a booking we will confirm
availability and hold your booking for 48 hours. We cannot confirm
the booking as definite, however, until we have your payment and this signed form
and in our
possession. We operate on a first come first serve basis.
